im new to SR3...
and i would like to know where can i get new SMG's And Rifles and all the other... because i saw videos from other players with some crazy lazerish guns and stuff... so where can i get those?

You can get them from STAG later in the game. Just keep playing the story mode.

Also make sure to go to Friendly Fire stores to buy stuff and upgrade current weapons!

Some of the laser weapons are only present in the 'Gangstas in Space' DLC missions, but the Viper Laser Rifle is in the regular storyline. And I agree with upgrading the regular weapons. The Viper is in the same slot as the Krukov and the upgraded Krukov has features and utility not found in the Viper.
