You forgot:
People who always have 5 stars/badges of wanted level when joining
All the cheats from the invincible pack
People who always play survival
When joining, they get specter because they think VTOLs are too mainstream
8 year old micspammers/equivalent
Griefers
People who waste vehicle delivery outside of a garage
Noobs using simple flying controls and showing off how they can do barrel rolls in their vehicle
Idiots that forget to turn off the kinect's mic option
When matchmaking, I found out you match up with people who are the same gamer zone as you(Underground, Pro, family, recreation). I noticed that Underground and pro are full of 8 year old micspammers with cheats as well, pretending to be bad****, apparently since there are less annoying kids that seem to always micspam, I haven't bothered with family, since everyone there is probably all annoying kids.
Also, out of all the people I have ever played with, only me and 1 or 2 of my friends have all DLC packs and no cheats, a small fraction just don't have viewer packs or cheats, since they are somewhat new to the game, or some people with cheats and viewer packs since they are somewhat considerate of what DLC other players have and lastly, the rest of the community which are complete obvious trolls with their cheats from the invincible pack since it's the only DLC they actually buy and no viewer packs that somehow find out about cheats on their computer, but they don't seem to give a flying f*** about any updates for the damn game.
We wouldn't even have problems like this if voliton added a server browser that shows people with or without viewer packs or cheats or without cheats (I doubt that there would be any people out there with all viewer packs and no cheats) or forced viewer packs or better yet, flip the cheat matchmaking around so that when a non-cheater joins a cheater's game, they are given an option to save and reload a previous non cheats save, reload a previous save or kick them and when a cheater joins a non cheater's game, they are given a message saying they are forced to reload a non cheats save.
How about a feature, where like SR2, No one can join you unless they have the DLC that matches yours?

I actually love the Attrazione - whatever the hell it is called - Lambroghini wannabe. Until I came across the bootlegger, lol. The thing is though, I can get away with driving the Attrazione because I play a shitload of racing games, so I'm actually quite good at the driving part. Mind you, SR3 driving controls don't even compare to that of GTA IV, none-the-less any NFS or Forza/Gran Turismo game. Oh, I think those kneecapper things are quite rediculous - I try to go without. Oh, I don't mind the VTOL - it gets me to where I need to be when I'm in a hurry, or if I feel like flying and rotating in circles, lol. I mainly would use that when my objective is to finish editing one of my create-a-characters for my own thread. But, that's when I get thousands of users trying to join my session - of course, majority with cheats - which, I do not use, since I want to beat the game & fairly. Fortunately, the PS3 version - which I own, as well - does not need the viewer packs for the DLC, for those whom do not have all of the DLC. But, since I had gotten bored one day, I came across those and downloaded them all - just for **** & giggles basically. I don't have any of the DLC for the 360 and only what came with the pre-order for the PS3. I'll be honest, I'm not the best & I personally don't tend to be - in any game, to be quite honest. I just play to have fun & if, in the long run, I come on top - well, that's just a plus for me. Anyway, feel free to add me if you want a decent person to play with. A lot of times that I'm on is to finish a character, so if I don't accept an invite, that may be why. My GT is the same as my username on here... Enjoy!!

Im an xbox user, i have the same problem when meeting random players online. i have all the mission pack dlc so far im just missing the later 3 packs. i stay within my now smaller group of SR friends to avoid cheaters. we treat the cheaters like there xbox has STD's (XTD's) I just run the streets going for gang killing sprees. im not online half as much as i used to be, my GT is Legend 0027, in a short while i should have all DLC but right now im saving to move to a different place for School.

I've never had had luck on Xbox finding compentent, mature players on Xbox. It's to the point were if I here someone on Xbox with a voice of an 8 year old, I kick them. I hate to judge someone on their voice, but it seems they all do the same **** in-game everytime.

Just remembered these types: Impatient people who spam you with join requests while you're playing a mission Butthurt cheaters that ask you why they can't join you People who start attacking you with a VTOL for no reason(You can use an armed eagle or specter to counterattack them) People who mimic your every action Noobs that think you use hacks when you have all the upgrades Noob PvP-ers that use apocafists(Use flashbangs/fart in a jar and a nocturne to counterattack them) Noobs that think they're indestructible and die all the time People that can't drive properly and hitting every obstacle possible AFK-ers

Wow. okay, I agree that most publishers treat their fans as braindead crows with wallets sewn onto them but you pick Valve, arguably the best video game developer around right now to emphasise that point? Tell me another modern video games company that's willing to sell it's entire back catalogue (including its very recent releases) for a measly £25.
Bethesda on te other hand release the creation software for their video games in order to encourage fans to get involved with the video game. And in regards to their DLC being overpriced they are selling an entire expansion pack that adds an immense amount of content to their most recent release for roughly 33% more than 3 **** maps from the latest generic overpriced overrated iron sights inspector and foreigner killer simulator

Gaz: I know how you feel about people without all the DLC... and some of the other issues. I hate that everyone that joins my game never has a mic, and the ones that do are 10-year-olds who shouldn't be playing in the first place. Look up the gamertag TwistedLeopard, (that's me). I have all the DLC, and I'm sick of running into players who don't have it. (I also play on the 360.)

In that case I'm interested what fine arguments you have to offer in order to prove you're actually a good player. "Everyone I have played with, ALWAYS go to the same things. Helipad -> VTOLs. ALWAYS. Garage -> Any car with kneecappers. Or Attrazione." So what you're basically saying is that because people use the fastest vehicles in the game, they must be bad. Or at least not "good", since you're according to yourself the only good player remaining.

I agree, I don't see why people would buy most of the packages.
