Same here. 

I suggested to make the viewer packs mandatory (and that was right after the first season pass dlc drop) knowing that most of the people playing this game are ignorant or lazy but apparently nobody at THQ/V give a **** about those "tiny" details so just live with it ;)

This and the fact there's no coop filter to sort out the people playing with cheats, it gets odd after a while to search for a coop game cause 9 of 10 times it connects you to someone with cheats, lame.

Unfortunately, companies like THQ/Volition and Valve, don't care about their users.  Same goes to bethseda.

But honestly, I have 2 saves. One with cheats, one without.

The cheats one i play just for the luls on SR3 when i want just one hour on it.

The non-cheat i dont seem to bother with, due to the fact, EVERYONE I play with is a cheater.

They bitch at me for not getting killed by them, then act as if their big just for having a few achievements, when i have almost all of them, except the one for activities.. I cant do it, since the gang members have vanished, and its just me and my gang.

You forgot:

People who always have 5 stars/badges of wanted level when joining

All the cheats from the invincible pack

People who always play survival

When joining, they get specter because they think VTOLs are too mainstream

8 year old micspammers/equivalent

Griefers

People who waste vehicle delivery outside of a garage

Noobs using simple flying controls and showing off how they can do barrel rolls in their vehicle

Idiots that forget to turn off the kinect's mic option

When matchmaking, I found out you match up with people who are the same gamer zone as you(Underground, Pro, family, recreation). I noticed that Underground and pro are full of 8 year old micspammers with cheats as well, pretending to be bad****, apparently since there are less annoying kids that seem to always micspam, I haven't bothered with family, since everyone there is probably all annoying kids.

Also, out of all the people I have ever played with, only me and 1 or 2 of my friends have all DLC packs and no cheats, a small fraction just don't have viewer packs or cheats, since they are somewhat new to the game, or some people with cheats and viewer packs since they are somewhat considerate of what DLC other players have and lastly, the rest of the community which are complete obvious trolls with their cheats from the invincible pack since it's the only DLC they actually buy and no viewer packs that somehow find out about cheats on their computer, but they don't seem to give a flying f*** about any updates for the damn game.

We wouldn't even have problems like this if voliton added a server browser that shows people with or without viewer packs or cheats or without cheats (I doubt that there would be any people out there with all viewer packs and no cheats) or forced viewer packs or better yet, flip the cheat matchmaking around so that when a non-cheater joins a cheater's game, they are given an option to save and reload a previous non cheats save, reload a previous save or kick them and when a cheater joins a non cheater's game, they are given a message saying they are forced to reload a non cheats save.
