thay said that thay are not going to do that 7 months ago and thats still not going to happen now thou we all wish it was so

why did they say no to that? Im curious, im a little late hearing about it cause i remember i had to start a new game cause i didnt want dual wielded pistols and i didnt want exploding bullets all the time etc.

DUDE! I totally agree with you guys!
It is stupid that upgrades can't be flipped ON and OFF!
I mean, at the very least, they could allow ON/OFF switches for all the health-related upgrades, such as the Regen upgrades & ones that add to your Max. HP. Personally, I find the game (is) too easy, even with only Regen2 and 1 of the Max. Health ones. It's a shame I have to limit my upgrades just because there is NO TURNING BACK!
