The new president of THQ says he wants to take a more serious approach to sr, but the reason I like the Saints Row series is because of its humor, and its overall feel, and I don't want a super serious non funny saints row, also on a side note, do you guys think shaundi will be alive in the next game? I hope they don't kill her off :)

Probably not, I think he just wants SR4 to be as good as it could be, though I'd be very happy if they toned down the goofiness some. And I hope the bitch stay's dead, unless they revert her personality. I'm going to be very displeased if Volition expects me to put up with her awful personality from 3 again.

They do need to tone down the whole revenge thing, but I don't think we have to worry about that because I think gat is alive, but I just hope they keep the whole fun (and funny) tone of the game :)

They can do goofy humor. I have no problems in that. However, they need to go back to the roots. The mind set of "how over the top can we get" needs to go. It's all about story, custominzation, and game play. SR2 was epic. I think we can all agree to that. SR3....................Amusing at best. Very little replayability. They should look at the foundation they built and rebuild upon that foundation. Not this mind set of: What can we pull from pop culture and twist it to fit into SR. That fails and should be scrapped.
