i was doing the carjacking challenge and i didnt press the button in time and got annoyed so i blew up the car and one of the old ladys(there was 3 btw)got back up.i tried various things but she wouldnt die.has anyone else encountered this.

I encountered a STAG-soldier last night who wouldn't die whatever I tried doing to him. He had no weapon and came at me with his fists. I think it was a glitch.
