I read trhat for ps3 you need to make ps3 you're primary link to uplaod charactyers and screen shots, everytime I make it primary and save it it says it was succeesful but then it refreshes and it's back to "make primary".I use google chrome too, so what am I suppose to do?

I have the exact same problem. I don't know what to do. UPDATED* I got my uploads/downloads to work. I noticed after logging out, I was unable to log back in. The problem was that I was able to register a password without a number in it. So I reset the password through THQ's website. After doing that, I came back to this website and signed in. I clicked on My Steelport. And there it was, all my character uploads Also Im playing the game right now on PS3 and was able to add to my queue and download on my PS3 at the same time. It will work eventually. May take a few minutes for the site to finally register.

Same issue Xbox 360 I am signed in but cant see any of my character uploads mysteelport says I have not uploaded anything and I know I have about 20+ I uploaded

i am on the xbox and i have the same problem i am playing the game now ana it is saying that i donot have any charaters available for download even thou i have i full list of them this first started 2 H and 30 M ago can you look into this DC

ya, having the same problem. I had about 20 or so characters in my steelport, but come may 29th they all just vanished along with my screenshots. I also cannot view the community characters either...
