How do i change my respect from negative to positive value??? and all my stats are negative except for the hourly payment....

If its negative on the website I think that's compared to the community average. Only way to change it is to put in work.

Yeah. In your game you can't have negative respect as far as I know. I believe the minus is how much you are higher or lower than the community.
