I made an account for SRTT about 3 weeks ago, linked it to my steam account, and it worked fine. Today I try logging in and it wont let me. So I try resetting my password, and get no email confirmation. I only have two emails, and it was linked to the correct one when i made the account because i got the email confirming my account creation. So now I've made this account to ask, has this happened to anyone else? I cant even unlink my steam now to change to this account, so its completely useless.
Is there any way i could get some help on this?

It actually happens to a lot of people, try recovering the password going to thq.com the account is the same, but there, you can put a mail for them to send you the pass. Cheers.

Ive tried that a few times actually and it tells me the email is not being used with that username, but i know it is.

That looks more complicated, make sure the mail is really the right one. It worked for me. I had to change the password several times, due to the website screwing up when saving profile changes (it also resets the pass). I can't help further than this. Try contacting support or else.

I also am having this problem. I had to create a different account to post this reply in the fourms. I can not get into the account attached to my steam. I have asked for password resets and checked both emails the one attached to my steam account and the one attached to my SR-3 site account I have not gotten any. I can't get the community login inside the game to accept a new username because the one that is attached to my steam is set as the primary. I called THQ (waited over an hour and 1/2 on hold before hanging up) went to the thq website support and they refered me to the admin of www.saintsrow.com Still waiting on a response from the support ticket I sent in. Good Luck trying to contact someone from here by phone about this.
