ok heres the problem
i have
windows 7 64 bit
4 gig of ram
gt 9600 gtx
ive managed to play on dx10/11 mode until today when i saw the new dlc has ben released i get the failed to create graphics device wtf!
i tried to verify game cache but with no luck
i may try too see if it is any new graphics drivers out maybe that helps

Your 9600 is the main problem, as it's below our minimum requirements, so I'm surprised the game even ran. Other than attempting to do a driver update, our only suggestion is to upgrade your system to proper running specs.
