Disappointment with Nyteblade DLC

Don't get me wrong, the 15% discount on the three future DLC is nice, but part of the reason I bought the Season Pass DLC was for the Nyteblade pack and more specifically, the Bloody Cannoness outfit.

Is anyone else disappointed by the fact that the entire ensemble is one piece all to itself? At the very least, I expected the hood and glasses to be a separate piece from the rest of the outfit. The nun headcovering just ruins the outfit for me, and as such, I'll never use it.

I know it's unlikely, but I just wanted to voice my opinion in hopes that Volition might update the outfit and make it a separate piece.

While I haven't actually purchased it yet, I've heard from others that they had the same feeling. I mean they make all the other costumes, superhero, furries, etc, so you can piecemeal them if you want, why wouldn't they do it here? What about the rest of the stuff? Bike any good? Car any good? Can you upgrade them? Wasn't there also some other outfit?

And what are the 3 future DLC packs, I mean I know the names, but are they gonna be worth it? I liked the Genki stuff and the stuff from the Official guide, but I'm rather hesitant to order anything else.

the Ultior or however it's spelled outfit too. the one that was with the prima guide, it sucks you can't recolor that or swap a few things around. the boots are awesome, would love to use them with other stuff. I really hate that one skirt with the tights cuts off at the ankle too but that's not related to the dlc stuff. Sick of men (no offense) making girls clothes incorrectly.

Funnily enough, the alter boy costume is separated into individual pieces (the only thing that is customizable), unlike the Bloody Cannoness outfit. Unsurprisingly, the bike and car are not customizeable in any fashion.

I realize the Nyteblade pack was considered a 'bonus', but it was still advertised as an incentive to buy the Season Pass DLC. Would it really have been so hard to take the time to edit the outfit that was already in the game into separate pieces?

As for your question, I don't think anything is really known about the future DLC beyond what you could guesstimate given their names. Unless you think you'll want to purchase all three, then no, I really would't reccomend buying it. The Nyteblade pack definitely isn't worth it, given its lack of customizability.

I agree with you on the Ultor outfit; I didn't read the description when I first got it and put it on my guy character. I thought I was all that 'til I realised I was running around in heels then I was like 'What the heck?' Yeah, made up a new female character based off of Black Widow from Marvel Comics and gave her the outfit. As for my guy character, yeah, he never put that thing on again - one of those chapters in life that is better left unsaid. lol

As far as the DLC vehicle upgrading goes, you can if you use the customize non customizable vehicles glitch as that gives you access to the torque settings and such. The other outfit that is in the Nyte Blayde DLC is the Altar Boy which consists of a bowler hat and cassock.

Wait, there's a glitch that let's you custom non-customizable vehicles?

So, how do I glitch my game, I mean intentionally? Is this with all the systems? I'm on an xbox, does it matter?

Yeah I was surprised about the glitch too but I had been looking to make the police bike over in Saints Purple so I thought i'd give it a go.

Here's the Link

Have fun. Smile

I would adivise making a save before doing this so that you can go back, should you want to.

I agree with the OP, the parts should be individual, especially for the price.
