Was already working on a sticky, but I'm putting in any other issues we're working on related to 360/PS3 in there as well. Please note that these investigations take time.

I'm sorry, but at this point of time, with the escalation of the situation at hand rising and the lack of customer representative communication days and weeks before -- leaves you in no position to tell your wary paying customers how they shouldn't react, even aside TOS agreed upon to register on these forums.


Not to mention that the community is trying to help determine the cause of the problem by wasting more of their money to confirm the cause of it all by purchasing more Season Pass DLCs...


You could of prevented this negative morality earlier if you had only listen to simple requests like a sticky thread weeks before. It's common sense V-Singular. I'll thank you in advance when I see that sticky thread that you mentioned you were going to post up for everyone experiencing this problem.

Saints Row The Third Test Results On The PS3!

These results were Posted by us and than removed by a Moderator.

1. SR:TT Server was in accessible without Patch 1.01
2. SR:TT Connected to the server with Patch 1.01
3. SR:TT Failed connection attempt when SR:TT Season Pass was purchased on the PlayStation store

This service does not need to be downloaded or installed on the account to effect it.

These results were personally obtained by the PSN users listed below.

REDHAWK_1989

We spent extra money obtaining this information buying what we already owned on another account.

Please note that we appreciate you doing what you have to find a particular issue on your own, and I'm not downplaying that at all. It was helpful in our own investigations, but as I stated above, we still need to find exactly where the problem is occurring since there are multiple systems involved. None of you have been ignored in your troubleshooting attempts and our team is working constantly (including over the Thanksgiving holiday) to work on a proper solution.

NO NO NO i tried being nice on launch day, then every day after that and i didnt get ****. 


whatever sorry for hurting peoples feelings or whatever your issue is. 


Either way, i feel like some of this is warranted seeing as this is the first real customer support we've gotten since day 1 when we started telling you about the problem. 


No matter how hard you're 'working' on it. a quick 2 second response to tell us "hey guys we're aware of the issue and are working on it" isnt that hard, and you didnt do that. you left us hanging, which is why i myself (and others i'm sure) are mostly pissed. 


until now we havnt known if there was even a fix coming, it seemed like you were pretending there was no issue, and there was no communication with your customer base.


Customer is always #1, and it seems you guys forgot that for a minute. 


Just dont take so long to fix it that nobody cares about your game anymore by the time it's fixed. (this wasnt an insult, more of just saying i've beaten the game 3 times now, and i'm not playing it again simply because the forcing me to create my character AGAIN from scratch when he's already online is frustrating and puts me and others off)

Violating the TOS will only get you removed from the forum and does not help anyone. All we're asking for is patience while we continue to work on this issue and others.
