Bootleggers and Hammmerheads are musclecars... I believe the Cop car would be classed as a muscle car as well...

You can get a Bootlegger by setting it as a gang vehicle and calling up Josh Birk. He always spawns in one if you have a Bootlegger set as a gang vehicle. For the Hammerhead, try driving a Sovereign or any sports car around some of the industrial parts of the city.

i think that the cop cars would be classed as exotics but i could be wrong anyway the hammerheads and bootleggers would be the only muscle cars in sr3

Go look in the ghetto areas , just like DT getting all the Temptress and exotics models . Sure they will drive by eventually , but i just loaded up in DT when i was low lvl and good to go !
