You can't delete cars you earn in the game from doing missions, activities, challenges, etc. The only vehicles you can remove are the ones you put in the garage. This has been true for the last Saints Rows as well.

There's a few unique cars that you can't ever replace if you get rid of them so the game makes it so all the reward cars are permanent.

False, I don't know what system you played on, but SR2 on the playstation 3 most certainly let you delete the DLC and reward vehicles.

I have been complaining about the lack of this feature on SR3 from the begining.

Also false, you can replace any of the vehicles.  All it takes is a second save that still has those vehicles and a co-op friend.  Since everytime you start a new game, the DLC vehicles automatically appear in it, you can just transfer them.  Or you can just make a duplicate of your current save, and transfer the vehicles that way, the same way you can transfer any other vehicle in the gamge between saves.

But yinkpen didn't talk about DLC vehicles at all. And yes, the cars that you can't replace are unique. Except for the gang and stag vehicles.

Besides, your double post is in really bad shape.
