Come on Volition, don't tell me the DLC won't be available worldwide. That's absurd.

So true, looks like PC users in some countries are getting this very unfair treatment. We can’t buy the DLC even if we want to. I have sent an email to THQ store support but got no answer yet. To be honest if I knew such conduct was going to take place I would have had cancelled my pre order.

I was really excited over this game, preferring to get this over Skyrim. Not to mention that $49.99 is not pocket change in my country and with my salary even as an IT Tech trainee. So I'm really disappointed, but I really hope to get an official answer on whether the DLCs will be available down the line.

/Bump. This is the first ever frakking time I am bumping my own thread in a crazed like repetition. Give me a definite official answer, or I'll just have to cancel my pre-order (why I hope I still can) so I can waste my money on some game that does not have developers/publishers treating me as some sort of non-customer-who-paid. Will the DLCs be available worldwide or NOT?
