Hi all,
First of all, I would like to state that I'm from singapore. Apparently, this is an island wide problem as I've checked with 3 different stores and all of them do NOT have the genki pre order code. I've pre-ordered quite awhile back and this is really upsetting. I picked up my copy today and the reason I've been given is that the distributor in singapore did not issue them any codes. But apparently, the console versions got the codes.
Is it possible for us to get the dlc?

Afaik only trough the store you bought it from, they will have to tell the distributor there werent any codes. (at least this is what it says in all threads like this, on this and on steam forums)

Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately, as you can see, its an island wide problem. I know it lies with the distributor. But even so, (I'm not pointing fingers or blaming anybody. I generally feel somewhere along the line, someone messed up) THQ could have checked the shipped copies or what not. :\ Before the game released, I checked with all 3 outlets and they all confirmed that yes. The PC version will have the genki code. But now.. :\

I understand how you must feel, didnt have the dlc at first with my steam preorder either, that was easily fixed though. I hope it works out for you sooner then later, the genki stuff is pretty funny (im mostly liking the car btw, gun is fun but needs more ammo in clip) but im sure it will, just hang in there.

As i know there is 2 edition u could pre-ordered standard edition which do not have included genki codes. Correct me if i'm wrong couse i pre-ordered (in Poland) and also didn't receive genki dlc's.

Well for us Asians, I am from Malaysia (neighbor country of Singapore) have no choice but to only have one edition to pre-order than two editions as EPICSoft, the regional distributor for THQ has only one version and that is imported from the US. Anyway, I didn't receive the Professor Genki Code as well. Please have a look at this THQ.

i sent a ticket to thq support regarding it. I hope we do get the genki DLC >_> It's so unfair when i see people screwing around with those pre order bonuses >_>
