My question comes as SR:TT is not on steam in the UK so if you click on the store page where you would go to get the upcoming DLC from, how are we suppose to do this when all we get is this message "An error was encountered while processing your request: This item is currently unavailable in your region" same for the IS store page how am i going to be able to get the DLC when i can't even access the store page?

It's not steam that's at fault, it's Game and Gamestation who are the one's keeping some games off the UK steam store. direct your rage at them rather then Steam.

Game/Station threated some publishers with not stocking retail copies of their games if they were also available on Steam in the UK. As retails is a significant chunk if publisher's income, there was no choice. I've no idea how us in the UK are meant to get the DLC, but it's not Steam's fault - the game is still on their servers (as you an view it's page and download updates), just the store page is disabled.

It would be nice to see a reply from THQ about this since whilst it may be Game/Gamestation who have caused the problem THQ have, nevertheless, accepted the terms and we are the ones who are unable to get the DLC in the UK for the time being at least. So ... THQ... can we have an answer please?

Game / Gamestation debunked that rumour about them being responsible: it's NOT their fault. No such agreement to withold THQ games from Steam exists. The ball is in THQ's court: they know full well why their games aren't showing up on Steam, it's down to them to tell us why. Sooner rather than later, preferrably.

And so the new world order begins, PC gaming will die in the next 20 years and all will be left is consoles and more consoles with £80 games, pc gaming seems to be dieing fast, hopefully mmo will keep it going but i think devs just want to program easy mode games for consoles and not be part of the community that made pc game devs great.

There seems to be some confusion as to what is and what isn't included DLC wise on the PC. My Genki DLC worked using the key I got with the game but I can't see any other DLC via steam. However, I understand that people in the US can see DLC, maybe even free DLC... So how do people in the UK get it?
