Hello. I am writing here, as i yet to receive any news about my problem, i created an account from “Saints Row the Third - Initiation Station Retail” and it's keep saying i inserted the wrong mail and password because when i try to login doesn’t work, and when i try to retrieve the information from the website via “Retrieve Password" option i don’t get the mail, and i can't also unlink it because cannot login, the account name is “Andreakos”.
I've already tryied to mail support on date 27 to SR3 webmaster adress, but i have yet to get an answer.

I just tested out something, i can login on the steam demo with password and acc name fine, but if i try to login on forums with it i get an error saying it's not correct Edit: Sometimes it count the password as right and sometimes just give an error...so ill just wait for it to be resetted if possible. :\

Is this a new account then? I'll see if V can take a look and see what's up. I can't reset anything myself but maybe he can.

Thank you for the info. This appears to be the same issue I'm seeing with a few other users, so it could take some time to correct it since we're trying to make sure this doesn't occur with anyone else. I will let you know as I dig more into this and will hopefully have a solution soon.

I cant login either. New account too. I logged in fine last night when i created account & now nothing! I even tried changing my password. That worked on this Website but in-game , nothing happens! wth? i wanna upload my character & i cant even login?
