This just happened to me so the issue is still on going since November. Hopefully the Volition devs are the ones who also maintain the site, so we know it maybe due to working on yet another patch for PC and the enter the dominatrix expansion which is keeping them from getting aroudn to resolving this serious forum issue.

The team is still aware of the issue and is working with the company that built the site to resolve. Have you all tried logging in and retrieving your password on THQ.com? Some have had success there.

I had the same problem where it would not allow me to log in just a few hours after making the account. I just now did the THQ.com "forgot password" thing, as suggested on here, and can at least log into this website again. But in game still won't log in. Still says "incorrect user name or password". This account is associated with my steam account. Whoever set up the account management and whoever decided you can't save your characters locally both need a cockpunch.

The team is still aware of the issue and is working with the company that built the site to resolve. Have you all tried logging in and retrieving your password on THQ.com? Some have had success there.
The issue started in November. Thats a long time to be aware and working on a serious issue. Yes I have resolved the issue by making sure I am logged out here, go to the THQ site and click on forgot password, enter username and and email. Clicked on the link and reset my password.

HAD SAME ISSUE LOGGING IN ON PC GAME AND SAINTSROW.COM. I FIXED IT LIKE THIS: GO TO THQ.COM AND DO THE ''FORGOT PASSWORD'' LINK (SAINTSROW.COM forgot password do not work), THEN THQ SEND YOU A PASSWORD RESET LINK TO YOUR ASSOCIATED EMAIL, CLICK THE LINK AND RESET YOUR PASSWORD. IN GAME IT SHOULD ASK FOR PASSWORD AND ENTER THE NEW RESETTED PASSWORD. IT SHOULD WORK FOR GAME AND SAINTSROWS.COM. IF FOR SOME ODD REASON THQ.COM DO NOT SEND YOU THE RESET PASSWORD EMAIL THEN I HAVE NO ANSWER.

Later that same day..I went to play some more and again the error (wrong username or password). As long as I change my password (on the THQ site) before I play, EVERY time I play, I can usually get the game to upload photos and whatnot. Edit Add: Also 'My Steeleport' remembers all of my game stats but why can't it remember my profile pic?

Its funny, I beat this game when it released and uninstalled. Today I told a friend to buy this game, and then reinstalled myself to give it another go. And what do I find? I cannot log into the game, my saves cannot be loaded, and to top it off there is not enough space to start a new game. I have two terabytes of space, what type of crap is this? I paid 60 dollars to play saints row 3. You guys are able to make countless dlc to make more money, you guys are creating saints row 4 from a dlc in the works.
Are you guys too busy trying to make money that you forget the game that has already been released filled with issues and bugs? Why do all these threads have members helping each other with no mods at all to help, someone said they would look into a website logging in issue two weeks ago. What takes him so long to fix an issue thats still present? Put your people in the right places and get things done this is embarrasing.
