These ain't really celebrities but more like Saints Rows rivals I guess you can call them but I'd really like to see someone make these video game characters. Claude (GTA III) Tommy Vercetti (GTA: Vice City) Carl Johnson (GTA: San Andreas) Niko Bellic (GTA IV) Johnny Klebitz (GTA: The Lost and Damned) Luis Lopez (GTA: The Ballad of Gay Tony) Jimmy Hopkins (Bully) Cole MacGrath (Infamous) I'm sure there's more VGC's I'd like to see someone make but this is all I can think of at the moment. I'll update it as soon as I can think of some more. Edit 1: I did see someone mention Frank West I'd also like to see Chuck Green as well.
