Wether you feel it would ruin the game or not, it wont happen. THQ is a business. Businesses need to make money. They are not willing to take the risk to put something like that in a game. I really don't blame them. They then run the risk of getting branded with an "AO" rating and then a LOT of retailers will refuse to carry the game. That means less sales, no SR4 and people will lose their jobs.
So...no. I don't think I'd be happy with all that happening for a little sex when the internet is readily available.
PS: I agree that the industry needs to grow up and feel comfortable with putting sex in games...I'm just not sure who will be brave enough to do it with all the controversy surrounding the industry right now.

Wow this topic again lol... V Might lock this, but the reason sex has no chance of getting into Saints Row: The Third, is because it just wouldn't the gameplay at all... Although my original post in the original topic, I actually voted yes... only for the humor of seeing two girls going at it lol. Others may want it if they are trying to tell a story such as someone I know (AKA Roleplaying). Otherwise, it is not needed.

I think THQ and Volition could be a lot more creative about putting sex in the game, than just having a bunch of polygons and pixels humping. I think that they should continue their over the top theme and have a "sex" mini game that isn't sex. Just an implication of it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMctMhMOtrY&...Something like that.

If the game had actual sex stores like walmart, and Target wouldnt carry it on their shelves. This is also one of the reasons Microsoft and Nintendo don't allow actual sex in their games. (Save for the few that slip through the cracks, like Red dead.)
An AO rating is a death sentence for a game.
which is sad considering we have games that allow you to tear people limb from literall limb, yet show whats under the pants and people go crazy.
