Anything related, including female character creation and customization,
female clothes and jewels.
Most of the players use only male characters, so unfortunately there are only
a very small number of suggestions about posted in the SR3 thread. However,
players who use female characters also have the right to suggest, and because
of their small number they need to be highlighted, reason why this thread
was created. Unfortunately SR2 is designed to male characters only,
including adult entertainment movie cutscenes directed to male characters.
So, I believe that Volition needs and will welcome more suggestions to
improve the female character in SR3, reason why I hope that V-Singular
will not lock this thread. Female characters are extremely primordial for me
and my friend masayumemasa, and also for all players all over the world
who use female characters.
I check everyday this website, and I will update the 1st page to include any
new ideas from any female character user, so Volition will need only to check
the 1st page regularly. We know that SR3 is not confirmed yet.
Here is our ideas from me and my friend masayumemasa, copied from
our post #1083 in SR3 thread :
About female clothes, jewels, female character customization :
(1) New female make-up : manicure.
(2) New item in character customization : height.
(3) New female outifit : stewardess including scarf.
(4) New item for women : fashion bag which can be a melee weapon.
(5) New female dress :
style : evening party dress or chinese female dress.
lenght : short or medium or long.
upper style : short sleeve or long sleeve or no-sleeve or shoulders uncovered.
options : nothing or solid flowers or ribbons or solid hearts or metal buckle(platinum or gold or silver)

(6) New ability in character customization, player can save several characters in the same file;
each character will need a name to be saved; character gender will appear in this name;
the file will have 2 wardrobes, one for male clothes and one for female clothes.
(7) New ability in female make-up : several different types of make-up can be saved in the same file;
each make-up will need a name to be saved.
(8) New item for female head : hair accessory :
ribbon or flower or heart shaped item or item with pearls or diamonds.

There are *tons* of awesome items in the game that were crafted lovingly by the development team that we can't use, so perhaps in SR3, a larger chunk of that stuff could be made available. I mean it's not as difficult as actually fabricating the objects in the first place to just enable them in stores so players can wear them too. Plus, everyone would be that much happier for it. :D Lke the Ronin Jackets - that turned into a DLC item, but it actually works in game just the way it is.

P.S. Don't get rid of the plastic surgeons, because it's always cool to completely change your face or make you look like you've had botox.
So true. Makeup could be saveable at the crib separately, or saved as a part of an outfit. Also a hair down/up option for long hair could be useful, but if you can change that at the crib anyway it's already there i guess.

Most of the other shoes look a bit lame. Ultimately i'd want to do the catsuit/boots thing, having spent too much of my formative years playing Tekken Tag, but the ones in SR2 don't look that great. You can kind of make boots by using long socks, but they still look stripy, and you can't wear them over trousers. It would be sweet to have more choice as to whether stuff is tucked in or not. You own the clothes, so if you can't it's kind of frustrating.
Also more hair options. I always went for the classic ponytail. None of the others looked quite right to me.

If possible make the slider for Male, and Female seperate. Basically characters are formed from different templates. And also if possible to make breast size seperate from curviness. I.E. you can make a character with a fat ass, but not always biggest boobs. Basically more detail, and possibilites for body types. Also because the body slider effects face, you can make it so a character is not so voluptous, but still has a soft face.

If it were possible, big if, a height slider. It was weird seeing my female character being so tall compared to everyone else, wouldn't have minded being able to make a five foot three inches female character.
Bring back the Let's Pretend shop in SR2 and have more unusual outfits as well, from many kinds of things. Like an adult baby outfit for the laughs, and have it come with a weapon in the shape of an oversized baby bottle that could be used to batter over the heads of any attackers.
And more voices! Maybe a Scottish female voice if that were possible. "Aye, laddie, I'm armed and you're annoying, gonnae beg fae mercy?"
I would love to see improvements made for the female gender choice so that the player isn't just regarded as male in many areas of the game.
Got so many ideas to suggest, but I'll wait till that's allowed. Mostly hoping that SR3, if there is going to be one, is going to be as much fun as SR2 was. And that it hopefully won't go the realism and boredom route.

One area that sorely needed improvement, in my opinion, is movement animations. The female movements were either cartoonish or just unnatural - I ended up using the default male move animations.
Of course, when you're carrying weapons, it all looks the same, so not a big deal.
One thing, though - there's a danger when you focus on making games "female-friendly" that you'll start making it into a gimmick rather than a real part of the game. I wouldn't be a big fan of creating a "female-only" gang as part of the storyline.
