how do you get the news letter thing at the bottom of the page to not scroll up when you scroll down? it blocks half my screen and blocks the next arrow in the character creation gallery. i cant do anything with it in the way

I have dual monitors, and it looks that way on the low rez one, but not so bad on the high rez one. What is your screen resolution? It's not your fault. This page footer was a design oversite that happens when people don't test their website on multiple screen resolutions.

it still does it. i can go to 1600x 900 and it even does it then. every computer i use does it i have the latest windows too

What browser are you using? It is known to happen on older versions of IE, but Chrome / Firefox shouldn't have it showing up.
