V "PLEASE" help! Password keeps resetting.

I have got "29" emails from to reset my password all in less then 2 days (still have them if a V wants me to forward them) and everytime i try to login to i have to use one of the new reset passwords they emailed me, then try to change my password back again but it won't let me. I just deleted the Initiation Station because i can't login to upload anything now.

If you're have this much trouble with the website now... i can't wait to see what happens when it starts trying to keep track of player stats and people start uploading pictures and videos.

PLEASE fix this crap soon!

Also, i tried putting this in SR3 General Discussion so i would maybe get some help but it got removed... thanks for taking the time to remove it but not any time on trying to help me or any of the other people having this problem.

Please note that when you post within incorrect sections, your thread will be moved, or removed. This is to prevent flooding and spamming.

Now, for your issue, I started to dig into this, and notice that you have two accounts registered to a single email address, which I'm not sure how that happened, since it shouldn't be allowed. So essentially, you seen to be stuck in a loop. It may have occurred when we combined the old SaintsRow DB with the new one. So my question to you, would you prefer the name with an underscore, or a dash, since you appear to have both varients. By deleting the other account, it will hopefully fix your issue.

I would like to keep the one with the underscore (Corey_DeHart) and delete the one with the dash (Corey-DeHart) but... i can't login to the first one because the website has not sent me a password reset for that one. Can you email me the right password for that one?

By the way, you're going to delete the other account right? I don't know how to. After i'm back on the right one can i change and keep the password i want?

Also, THANK YOU for the help! I was getting ready to say the hell with it and stop using the website at all.

I got the Corey_DeHart username to work but the name is showing up on the website without the underscore... it's showing up has CoreyDeHart.

On that name when i upload a picture (same one as on the other name) it gets removed soon as i leave the page. I can't add my Window Live ID to the page and my birthday is showing as Jan. 1 1980 when it's really July 29 1983. All that is why i changed my name in the first place. 

Also, i still can't change the password on either name. When i try to it goes to a white page with nothing but /steelport/settings?page=passwordprivacy on it and when i refresh the page it takes me back to the change password page and has Incorrect Password beside the Current Password tab. By the way, i tried to change it with one of the reset password codes THQ keeps sending me... i've got over 100 emails now! All the reset emails really needs to stop.

Please fix all this soon. I don't care which name you can get to work right as long as one works!

OK... it seems like i can get the Corey-DeHart name to work now so just keep this one. Pic is loaded on it, Xbox Live gamertag is already linked to this name, Windows Live ID is linked. Please just delete the CoreyDeHart and/or Corey_DeHart name/s. As long as a name works right i don't really care which name i use.

I still can't login to the SR3: IS Demo (i redownloaded it) if you can fix that.

I still can't reset my password to the one i want to use.

Also, i am still getting more reset password emails... i've got over 120 in all now. Still have them if you need to see them.

This is enough! Please fix this ****! I have got over "150" password reset emails now! Are you doing anything to fix this? You have not emailed me or posted in here again to let me know if you're working on it, going to delete one or both of the names... nothing!

Is this how the people from Volition and THQ treat loyal paying customers? I have bought both SR1 and SR2, plus got all the DLC for both games and you can't even bother to fix a damn login problem! So, from what i can tell if this is not fixed when i get SR:TT i'm not going to be able to use any of the stuff that's on the webiste... can't use the SR3: IS Demo now so, i'm guessing i won't be able to upload pics, vids, keep stats or get any of the website exclusive content.

Please do something about this! The name Corey-DeHart already has a Pic loaded on it, Xbox Live gamertag is linked to it and my Windows Live ID is linked too so, if it's easyer to delete the other name (CoreyDeHart or Corey_DeHart) that's fine OR if deleting all names i have and me just start over with a new name will make the login password that i want work and stay that way, make the password emails stop and get the SR3: IS Demo to work then do that... i don't care what has to be done, just fix it.

I apologize for not giving you an update on the situation, but I am still working on this issue with your account. I appreciate your patience, but please do not attempt to retrieve your password again. This issue actually went deeper than I originally thought, so it's taking longer than expected to fix it.

Thats what i've been trying to tell you... it is resetting on it's own! I wake up, check my email and i have like 20 or 30 new reset password emails each day. I have tried a few time to reset my password to the one i want (like 10 or 15 times) but obviously i'm not resetting my password in my sleep! The website has sent me over 160 reset password emails that i have not asked for.

Thank you for trying to help. I hope this can be fixed soon. Please let me know when it's fixed.

Also, as i said before if deleting one name will fix it feel free to do so (i only need/want one name) or if deleting all of my names and having me start over will fix it that's fine too. Whatever makes it work.
