The events that are depicted in the story happens between Saints Row and Saints Row 2.

Chapter 1 - Tarmac Trauma

Rain fell from the heavens and struck against the pavement of the Stilwater's airport, float the oil which had sunk into the concrete up to the surface. With lighnting flashing in the background and defening rumbles across the sky, a middle-aged man who had come to this god forsaken city of Stilwater from Canberra, cursed his luck as he crouched behind the massive steel doors of an aircraft hangar. "How the hell did this happen?" The copper haired male wondered, reloading his AR-40 Xtnd as sirens blared annoyingly outside, with both the police and FBI began taking up defensive positions. "From a rookie pig, to the city's most wanted. All because of my corrupt partner and not wanting to kill that 'Saints' sheila." He said in a heavily accented Australia voice. "If I'm going to have my head blown off, at least I'll be taking some of these bastards with me."  Pulling back the safety and locking the magazine in place, James Milne stepped out from his cover a let loose a hail of lead onto the SWPD and FBI. "Alright who wants a piece of me? C'MON WHO WANTS A PIECE OF ME? I'LL TAKE YOU ALL ON! SHOW ME WHAT YOU"VE GOT, YOU LOUSY FUCKIN' BASTARDS!" The Australian raged as bullets pelted the sides of the FBI SUVs and Five-Os parked outside, detonating the closest heavily damaged vehicle and sending the burning wreck sommersaulting in the air to fall back on the ground, before lighting the lawmen on fire and causing them to scream out in agonised pain as flame seared their flesh however those screams were silenced when the other vehicles exploded in a chain reaction and spread their debris up and down the road, killing and fatally wounding passers by.

Milne knew that what he did would only buy him a few minutes at best and he couldn't stay holed up in hangar 8 forever, his best chance of survival was to risk crossing the tarmac on try to make it towards Wardill Airport's main terminal and at least attempt to relieve the SWPD of one of their Opressor helicopters that were stationed there. As brown work boots pounded against the slick tarmac and rain stung his face as he ran, familar sound of a Tornado's blades could be heard in the darkened stormy skies. "Great, just my bloody luck." he cursed, skidding to a halt just meters from his goal. "Well get it over with you shiny-arsed bastard" he quipped waiting for the attack helicopter to mow him down, the last thing he saw was a massive fireball falling from the sky and a piece of debris knocking him back before being engulfed in darkness. 'How the hell did this happen?' he asked himself as he began reliving the events leading up until his stand at Wardill Airport.

As the smoke cleared, a young asian woman in a purple prephop clothes walked up to the unconscious body of the Australian male and struggled as she dragged Milne to the back of an Opressor with SWPD markings on it. After securing her 'passenger' on the rear seat and easing herself into the pilot's seat, the woman looked back at the unconscious caucasian male and smirked as she eased the controls forward. Although the Saints had been a notorious gang they always paid back their debts and they never leave one of their own to die, even if they're only an honorary member.

I am at that and I live in Australia too. That's why I made James' last name a reference to Milne Bay or more accurately I wanted his last name a refrence to the Battle of Milne Bay a battle fought by Aussies.

I also expanded on the chapter wrote:

Chapter 2 - This Little Piggy...

I suppose it all started when I created the naive thoughts of being able to make a difference. Although I may not have been an actual rookie in terms of skill, it was because of these sentiments that made me look like a rookie in the eyes of my then fellow police officers and it also blinded me to the underlying corruption within the SWPD.

It was a warm summer evening, the neon lights of Downtown were flickering to life and the spot lights focused on the newly completed Ultor Tower. However even with the rennovations to the Row and a new police budget, crime still managed to manifest itself in new ways and unfortunately for the city of Stilwater it wasn't streakers, litter bugs or punks causing mayhem, it was the resurgence of gangbangers. As a Five-0 patrolled the streets of the High End Retail District, James Milne couldn't help but be amazed by how long the stores remained open, even during these quiet hours. "So is this your first time?" The Australian's partner said in an attempt to break the ice and to end the awkward silence.

James looked up from staring out a window "Huh?" He responded dumbly as the street lights cast a shilouettes in the vehicle. "Nah, mate. I've got some experience, you could say this is a transfer of sorts."

The large police officer looked at his partner from the corner of his eye as he drove the car. "Then why did you 'transfer' to the SWPD? Was living in the outback unsatisfying for you?" The American almost sounded like he was mocking him for being from Australia.

However the Australian didn't take to kindly to the joke, but he chose to let it roll off his back and ignore it. "Think what you like mate. But the reason why I came here was because I thought I'd be able to do my job without having to deal with the palava." the copper haired officer replied in his heavily accented voice.

"Pa-wha?" The obese man's face scrunched in confusion, trying to understand the jargon that his partner was using "Anyway that is an awfully rookie view you've got there and you'll find that life isn't always black and white." The uniformed man drove the Five-0 into the first level of the mall's car park. "Wait here 'Rookie'" the fat man quipped, letting some wind out as he opened the door and stepped out of the car.

Parked in the far corner of the underground car park was a yellow Hayate Z70 and a youth in similarly coloured jacket. "What the hell?" Milne opened the door on his side of the police vehicle to try and get a better view, but his partner saw James' intentions and was again told to stay in the car. Even though it didn't take long for the Ronin and Roger Hobson to complete their discussion, it was still long enough to raise some questions. "Well 'partner' what was that all about?" He asked with a hint of indignation in his voice.

The large man eased himself behind the wheel, "They just giving me a lead on a possible suspect of interest, an ex-Saints member to be precise." he shifted his girth as he struggled to put his seat belt on, but in reality he was trying to make the large wad of cash sit comfortably in his back pocket. "She claims that she has dropped her 'flags' however it appears that she's pushing drugs for that washed up gang." Roger Hobson put the Five-0 into gear and drove it out of the underground car park and onto Nob Hill. "We're going over to arrest her now."

James however didn't like the explanation, it sounded rehersed and too convenient for the most part however there was no way he could prove whether it was the truth or it was a lie. "So where to now?" He asked carefully.

"Sunnyvale Gardens, she lives in one of the tenements there. You're new to the beat, so be careful when you approach her." The corrupt police officer began "Although she may be a woman but she was a member of the Saints and they were a dangerous gang in their time." Roger finished giving the Australian the warning of what to expect from the woman they were about to arrest. Even if this ex-Saints member was as dangerous as Roger Hobson claimed, it didn't change the fact that this lead stunk to high heaven of fish and James wanted to know what really happened between his so-called 'partner' and that Ronin member.

The black and white Five-0 pulled up outside of the poorly maintained tenements in Sunnyvale Gardens, grinding broken glass and loose pavement under its tires. "This place has seen better days." the copper-haired male said dryly as he stepped out of the vehicle, still wondering whether their presence was warranted.
