(Note this is just a test writing to see if i still have a feel for writing.)
"Raining again... like always the sound breaking through the silence... the the street was busy, cars going from and to people walking up and down the street.."
[A view of a still grey scale image as it dissolves into color and motion as a view of a man stepping out of a door frame flicking a lighter from a pocket and bring it to bare on a cigarette, the man closed the lighter as he stared emotionlessly into the rainy street as he then turned and began to walk down the street as a view from a rooftop showed him walking into a large crowd of people.]
"Life, some say is a wonderful thing, its a gift to us with each day... Life to me, is not this, but it is a endless cycle one we cannot seem to get away from"
[The sound of guns shots rang out as the crowd moved away to reveal a man laying upon the drenched concrete blood pooling around him the man's sight looked up into the sky.]
"Life, life is a just a joke, with no end."
[A silent view of a Ambulence comes into view as the light flash off the walls of nearby buildings, the man was pushed onto a stretcher and was carried away as the man with the cigarette flicked the cigarette away and watched then looked up at the sky as the ambulence drove off into the distance.]
"I kept screaming in my head yelling at myself, like it would make it all go away, change everything make a difference where there was nothing to change... i kept screaming telling myself everything would be alright... but it never was alright."
[A view of a man sitting behind a desk could be seen as the man pulls a cigarette and lights it as he shuffles through black and white photos of dead bodies as single lamp illuminated his desk]
???: Still staring at those old photo's are we? you really should take a break Carter.
[Carter looked up from his desk his eyes blood shot.]
Carter: Break? i can never take a break, not when there are several dead bodies before me all with the same mark as the last, Same killer same psychoatic signature and possible motive. so no Sam no break for me... specially not now.
[Carter flipped through the photo's as a view of one of the photos dissolves into color and motion as a view of a young women comes into view as she leaves her apartment and heads down the street, moments later there are several loud bangs followed by screams as the photo dissolves back into black and white.]
(End of the test writing. )

i have a idea in the works for a story, i just need to set out a plan for how long it will be and actually set aside some work offsite.
i do plan on writing long stories but i am nervous about writing storys that have very little violence. rushing to get some shooting or some action in my previous stories has killed them.
