Community Poll: Radio Stations

Everybody wants to rule the world when it comes to our unsung anthems.  Whether you're working for the weekend or in the middle of a final countdown, every single line means something when it comes to a song.  Each song has crossover appeal and you'll find listeners from all walks of life including teenagers, rednecks, and even rock and roll queens.

I may not look pretty in pink, but I'm not out of touch when it comes to the radio stations in Saints Row 2.  I'm a huge fan of the Mix 107.77 and will get my Soprano achievement each playthrough by having my character listen to "Karma Chameleon" while driving down to Hazel St.  But this isn't about me, it's about our community.

What you need to do is vote on the poll in the lower right (or click here).  You can't vote over and over, since it's one vote per account, but don't get discouraged, since each vote matters in the end.

OK - I'm done with this post - it's all that I've got.  If you didn't realize it by now, much of this post was composed using song titles from the official Saints Row 2 soundtrack.  Feel free to try and count how many different titles were used.

Yeah - I had fixed it on the front page, but the edit didn't automatically come over.

Fixed now.  wrote:

I voted GEN X/ULTOR FM, in SR1 it was KRUNCH, I don't like how it turned into a modern heavy metal station.

TBH, I don't listen to KLASSICS as much as I should...

I really just listened to My Radio 85.5, but a lot of my music was from GenX and the Underground station.

I picked the mix although most stations had good tunes. Oh, and I counted 18 song titles but I could be wrong.

Congrats obscured - you found them all!

PM me your mailing address / phone number and I'll send you a prize.

RaNdOm]The Mix 107.77 all the way.

Also, I've always wanted to ask this, and maybe you can answer it V-Singular. I'm from Dayton, Ohio, and there's been a popular radio station here for years known as Mix 1077, and they play A LOT of the same music as in the station on the game. Was one of the developers from Dayton or a fan of the station by chance, or is it pure coincidence? Champaign isn't really that far from Dayton (4 hours?) so I figured it was a definite possibility.

I asked the audio team, and they said they weren't aware of that particular station, but it is quite an awesome coincidence.  wrote:
