I am not sure if this is a known issue, but my searches did not turn up anything about it.
I have enceountered an issue with the tattoo system, whenever i browse the upper chest tattoos on my female character selecting the "Six Shooters" tattoo will prevent any further changes from showing on the caracter. It will also cause the game to freeze as soon as any form of menu is oppened after leaving the tattoo menu.
I am using a third party nude skin pack for female characters. Has anyone else encountered the issue?

Same thing here. Scrolling over the "Six Shooters" tattoo seems to make the game glitch out and stop showing other tattoos. Peds stop spawning, cars stop spawning, can't access the cell phone or escape menu because it freezes the game.
