The Mag is really rare. Try it with chop shop.
The Titan also hard to find. If you want one for the money use the chop shop. If you just want the car play Fuzz until you see one. Kill the driver and sit in the car and quit the activety and you have an Titan. (the fuzz one doesn't contain money)
The Justice can be found parked or driven in the arena or in the rich pards of town.

begin ambulance side mision and you will find not only voxel but the superiore and bezier too works for me
