Yes just head to the downtown hospital and hang around he should show up. At least thats what happened to me in my most recent save because just like you I didn;t want to die or lacked the means to do so.

Yes egan71 use your phone to call 911 and an ambulance will apear if its not the right guy get far away and call again dont kill the person in the ambulance to make other appear because you will have to wait a little before call again...
.

the cementary is in the upper right corner of the map, by the ronin territory. try to remember where you recruit your lutenants in the beginning of the game.

Saint Row The Third is going to be off tha hook. Its gonna be the best game eva. If SR2 is this good, i know ill be spendin at least 100hours of game time on SR3
