It takes a few seconds for the fire to go out. If you just rush it, then it won't go out.

I'm going to cover as many of the Diversions as possible in this thread. If you have questions about specific Diversions (not Activities) please post below.

Single Player Diversions
Barn Storming
1. Grab a plane, helicopter, or UFO.
2. Fly through tunnels, under bridges, and through tight spaces.

Base Jumping
1. Find an aircraft (I recommend a helicopter)
2. Fly really high
3. Jump
4. Open your parachute
5. If you happen to be over a base jump specified area (trial and error on that one), you will be presented with the option to start the diversion.
6. Land in the center of the mini-map beacon to get a special reward.

Car Surfing
1. Find a car being driven by an NPC.
2. Jump on the roof
3. Let the car start moving and instructions will pop up to start.
4. Move the control stick back and forth to balance yourself.

Drive-By's
1. Get some guns / ammo.
2. Hop in a car
3. Find some gang members on the side of the street or in a passing car.
4. Shoot a few of them (normally 2 in a row)
5. A diversion pop-up will occur, follow the instructions.

Flashing
1. Buy a Flasher Coat from Let's Pretend
2. Follow the same directions as Streaking.

Gambling (Poker / Blackjack)
1. Head to the Casino (In the Marina district)
2. Walk inside.
3. Go over to the video poker / blackjack machines - follow instructions to start.

Ho-ing
1. Find a ho-ing location. The bathroom at the end of the circular pier in the Marina District or some gas station bathrooms are a few examples.
2. Start the diversion.
3. Move the right stick around slowly trying to find the "Sweet Spot"
4. Hold the right stick in place while following the on-screen commands with the left stick.
5. Win!

Mugging
1. Don't have any notoriety of any sort. If you have notoriety, lose it. You can't mug with stars or gangs looking for you.
2. Find someone walking towards you or standing still.
3. Get in front of them, go into fine-aim, aim at their chest.
4. They'll stop, mutter something, and put their arms up.
5. After about 3-5 seconds, they'll drop cash and run away screaming.

Streaking
1. Head to your crib and enter your wardrobe (hanger icon)
2. Go to "Outfits"
3. Select "Remove All Current Clothing"
4. Exit wardrobe, directions for Streaking will appear (Press down on the D-Pad twice to start).

Taunting
1. Don't have any notoriety of any sort.
2. Find a gang member
3. Perform a taunt next to them
4. 1 star per each gang member taunted.

Co-Op Diversions
Cat N Mouse
1. Kill your co-op partner or get killed by your partner.
2. Follow the instructions on screen to start the diversion.

Death Tag
1. Kill your co-op partner or get killed by your partner.
2. Follow the instructions on screen to start the diversion.

Where's the "Lets Pretend" store where I can buy the Flasher Coat?
