Problems with Voice Sounds in Cut Scenes on...

About 14 hours into the PC version now and no major issues except I can't hear the voices during the cut scenes.

Ran DxDiag and it confirms I've got Dx11 and no apparent problems.  My audio is a SoundMax Integrated chip.  System is otherwise well over minimum specs.

Anyone else seeing this?  is there a fix?
