when i kidnap in sr1 i just tend to floor it and drive as fast as i can to avoid the cops

I would always go to the Arena area where the highway on and off ramps are. I could stand on the off ramp and kidnap anyone with two or three passengers in the car and take a right into that waterway off the road. You can get up to three stars in there without police bothering you, but at three stars, I head towards the Forgive and Forget near the apartments.

It's funny sometimes when kidnapping 3 passengers in an expensive car how the SWAT team comes tearing down ramming and shooting the car putting the people they're trying to save in danger.
Damn you get alot of money and respect for kidnapping is SR1 compared to 2, which is why I never do it is SR2, not as challenging either.
