I beat all 3 main storys, I KNOW theres a short 4th story that sets up for number 2. But when i beat my third gang, nothing, no credits = So no mission after credits...

I don't see anything by the docks when I hit up the missions filter, I have one territory not under my control (its contested, vice kings trying to take it back) and I will NEVER be able to gain control of it. (Three kings glitched inside of a building you cant enter, believe me, I've tried to get inside for the last 4 days =).
Do I need to have full control of the entire city?
