My achievements aren't updating. I have completed the storyline but things like Contract Killer and Scavenger never registered when I completed them. I'm wondering if changing game discs caused this. I started with the original game disc but it then got all scratched so I bought the Platinum Hits edition to finish the game.

I see now that they don't update if you used a cheat.... problem is I never have but I think somebody else in my house might have done it on my game to F*** with me.

Or your co-op partner maybe used cheats, and you forgot about it
