helo, this a message for anyone who can give me some advice.
irecently bought saintsrow for the second time fr the 360. it was new, with the microsoft seal in the box(the one you remove to open the gamebox)
i started playing, crearted my character, and started the game. but it always freezes in the first cutscene!!!! :x . i try installing the game so the xbox wont read the disc, but during the instalation it says:"disc is dirty, please, clean with soft cloth and try again". eventough it is a new unscratched game, i clean it a billion times with a "disc-spray" and still no work. please help.
Seeing how time consuming the new Upgrades system is, we NEED a "New Game +" option. please Volition, do all you can.

Did you take out your hard drive for 5 mins.It worked when my game was REALLY buggy

dont know how it might help. but i'll give it a try. im desperate
