So I got a early copy of it but it has serious tearing problem. I even exchanged it for another copy but still have the same problem. There was a 1.10 update, but it didn't help the problem. Tried to enable V-sync but didn't help either. Wanted to see if anyone else got a copy and experienced the same problem?

try waiting til tommorow evening so if theirs trouble the mods could answer it to a bigger crowd

I had this problem... try changing the way your tv processes motion blur. For Samsung Hd/3d tvs this can be found in menu->picture options->auto motion plus-> turn off for best setting or change depending on game type or try to enable "Led Motion Plus" you can find this in Menu-> Advanced Settings -> Led motion plus-turn on. I notice turing off auto motion plus works best for this game and racing games while selecting standard works better for first person shooters... hopes this helps.
